 Making your booking
 
Bookings can be made by completing the online booking form on our website and following the on-screen instructions or by contacting us direct by telephone.

 Availability
 
Once we have received your booking form, we will, subject to availability, confirm your stay by issuing a confirmation invoice by email. Please check this invoice carefully as soon as you receive it. Contact us immediately if any information which appears on the confirmation or any other document appears to be incorrect or incomplete as it may not be possible to make changes later.

 Deposit payment
 
Upon confirmation of your booking by Pingouinvillas, tenants shall make a deposit of 25 % of the total cost of stay by bank transfer on our Bank Account and the balance shall be paid on arrival at Pingouinvillas. Please note that once the deposit is paid, the reservation is considered to be firm

 Our cost
 
The cost of accommodation includes free transfers from airport to Pingouinvillas and return. It also comprises service maid twice per week for changing bed linens & towels.

 Your contract
 
A binding contract between us comes into existence when the deposit payment is paid. This contract and all matters arising out of it are governed by Mauritius law. We both agree that any dispute arising out of or connected with your holiday will be dealt with by the Courts of Mauritius.

 Cancellation by you
 
If a cancellation is requested more than eight weeks in advance of the letting, the rental deposit will be reimbursed to the tenant.  If the cancellation is requested within the eight weeks prior to the letting the owner will retain the 25% rental deposit.

 Insurance
 
It is strongly recommended that you take out adequate travel insurance. It is your responsibility to ensure that the insurance cover you purchase is adequate for your particular needs.

 Liability
 
We will not be liable for any act, neglect or default on the part of any person nor any accident, damage, loss, injury, expense or inconvenience whether to person or property which the tenant or any other person may suffer or incur arising out of or in any way connected with the letting or resulting from any other cause whatsoever.

 Arrival
 
On your arrival you must present your confirmation details as well as your passport or identity card to us.

 Occupancy
 
The number of persons (adults and children) must not exceed the number of sleeping places indicated on the website. The substitution of persons during the rental period is forbidden unless previously agreed.

 Behaviour
 
Tenants agree to keep the property and all fittings, furniture equipment and other contents in or on the property in a like state of repair and condition as at the commencement of the letting and will make good (or will arrange with us to make good) any damage, breakage, or loss that may occur during the period of letting.

 Climatic condition
 
Pingouinvillas will not be held liable for any change in climatic conditions during your stay.

 Ethics
 
Tenants need to respect the peaceful and quiet enjoyment of the place of other clients.
Tenants are also asked to leave the property clean and tidy and to ensure that they take all belongings with them.  On changeover days there is only time for a superficial check and a general clean.  We rely upon the goodwill of our guests whose co-operation we greatly appreciate.
