Blue-Bay beach is an oasis of calm & tranquility. It is a paradise for water sports and it is the most beautiful beach in Mauritius. Blue-Bay is surrounded by Islets and they are places for relaxation and pleasure; such as Ile aux Cerfs, Ile de la Passe, Ile aux Phares, Ile des deux Cocos, Ile aux Aigrettes. You cannot afford to miss these neighbouring Islets delicately poised on the ocean and excursion can be organized by catamaran or speed boat directly from Blue-Bay.

Leisure activity such as pool is available in restaurant. You can also watch our typical Sega dance which is organized by the Blue-Lagoon Hotel located at the Blue-Bay beach.

Blue-Bay Marine Park:
 
 
Those who like aquatic life can either dive in the Blue-Bay Marine Park enriched with colored fish and corals or they can go for a trip in glass–bottom boat at an affordable price.
   
 
Ile aux Aigrettes:
 
 
Ile aux Aigrettes is a nature reserve Islet of 24.7 hectares in area, barely a kilometre off Blue-Bay.  It is enriched with a wide spectrum of endemic fauna and flora which are raised under captivity and close supervision by the Mauritian Wildlife Association.  A paying ferry service operated by various contractors from the mainland to the Island is used by tourists and the public alike.
   
 
Ile des deux Cocos:
 
 
The terrace of the studio offers a panoramic view of Ile des deux Cocos nestled between the Shandrani Hotel and the Blue-Bay beach.  It is recommended to practise kayak to the Ile des deux Cocos and explore the Islet which is in its wild state.
 
Ile aux cerfs:
 
 
Ile aux cerfs is the main tourist area and it is easily accessible through a regular half-hour boat services that runs to the Island from Blue-Bay beach.  Ile Aux Cerfs is a large Island, of nearly 100 hectares in area, off the east coast of Mauritius close to the coastal village of Trou D'Eau Douce.  It is a favorite recreational spot for lovers of the sea, sand and sun with its picture-perfect calm emerald-blue waters and its long beach fringed by filaos trees.  Watersport facilities and restaurants are available at the Island.  It is the right spot for relaxation
   
 
Ile aux Phare:
 
 
Also known as Ile aux Fouquets, Ile aux Phare was amongst the first ones to be discovered in 1598 by the Dutch settlers.  Ile aux Phare bears its name by virtue of a lighthouse built in 1864, which was still operational until beginning of the 20th century.  Historically, Ile aux Phare, situated within the bay of Mahebourg has fulfilled a strategic purpose during the naval battles at Grand Port
   
 
Natural bridge:
 
 
Natural bridge is a worthwhile stop for contemplating the nature. The landscape is absolutely breathtaking: it is one of the few places around the Island where the wave dash against the cliffs. In these surroundings, you may enjoy a rest on the bridge made of natural stone overlooking the furious sea.
