Terms & conditions - Pingouinvillas Car Rental

Driver’s License
A driving license of more than a year is necessary and the driver must have at least 21 years old. A foreign valid license is acceptable.

Mileage
Unlimited mileage

Insurance
Comprehensive Insurance cover

Deposit requirement
A deposit amounting to Rs. 10,000 has to be paid in cash before delivery of the car and this sum will be reimbursed at collection.

Driver
No supplement charge for a second driver.

Fuel
The cost of fuel is at the charge of the customer

Damage
Any damage caused to our cars will be automatically deducted from the deposit to cover any repairs.

Cancellation
You have the right to cancel your booking prior your departure.
